Hello, I’m Art Dotson, owner and founder of Artwork Remodeling. I’ve been a South Bay resident since 1978. In 1985 I started refinishing bathtubs full time and working as an assistant remodeling kitchens and bathrooms for another local company. In 1989 I obtained my C-54 Specialty Ceramics contractors license and opened my own business as Artwork Refinishing.

At that time, refinishing, repair and restoration were 90% of the work we did and the replacement work was only 10%. By 1993 replacement work had grown to 60%. I obtained my  General B Builders license and Artwork Remodeling was born. Today our restoration work and remodeling service gives us the “1-stop” advantage over other competitors.

The kitchen and bathroom remodeling business has become a passionate part of my life. Today You Dream it – We Build It! I can transform your typical bathroom space into your own sanctuary which virtually calls you out of bed; or I can design and build your kitchen around your own culinary passion.
